Hugo Leggett

Hugo focuses on the Underwriting sector within IPS Search, particularly on the Life and Disability market, boasting over 11 years of recruitment experience.

Hugo has been working in the US since 2022, most recently as a VP at a Global search firm. Specializing exclusively within the Life Underwriting market with over 80% of the largest American Life Insurance companies, he also recruited into roles within Accelerated Underwriting, Disability (IDI) and Medical Underwriting.

Prior to this Hugo was the Owner of his own recruitment company in London, focusing on the Big4 tax market.
