Phu’s main focus is on improving effectiveness & efficiency across the organisation in order to help us increase revenue and ROI. He works closely with key internal and external stakeholders on a variety of topics and is involved in internal recruitment & talent acquisition. He is leading all learning & development efforts in relation to LinkedIn recruiter and Bullhorn. He is responsible for designing and implementing specific parts of our new recruitment training program. Occasionally he advises our consultants on specific retained or exclusive search projects.
IPS being an established business with international offices, the professionalism and the family atmosphere were all key factors in me joining in 2012.
