    Colum Lovett

    Colum has over 30 years of experience which combines working in both the London and international insurance and reinsurance markets before flipping his experience into the world of recruitment. Originally trained as an Underwriter for two Lloyd’s syndicates before major changes at Lloyd’s led to being invited to help set up the first Internal Audit/Peer Review function in the London market, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the operations of a major insurance group. The last twenty plus years have been focused on providing executive/bespoke recruitment services to the London and International insurance/reinsurance clients including 5years based in Bermuda where he was the Managing Director of a specialist insurance recruiter. Colum spends the majority of his time focusing on leading our EMEA expansion but he is also heavily involved in bespoke projects for the London & Bermuda (re)insurance markets.
